For payment or download issues
When contacting us, include the email address used for your WordPress account, your Razorpay payment/order ID if available, the date of payment, and a brief description of the problem. Never send a card number, OTP, password or complete payment credentials.
Requests about personal data
Use the same support email to request access, correction or deletion of information where applicable. WordPress order records may need to be retained for legally required accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
