These Terms & Conditions govern use of DigiResume by DIGIFORGEX at resume.digiforgex.com. By using the service or purchasing a download, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
1. Service description
DigiResume provides resume editing, templates, previews, advisory resume checks, job-description keyword comparison and optional writing features. Available features can change over time. Generated content is a starting point: check every statement and fact before using it.
2. User responsibility
Submit only content you have permission to use. Do not provide false qualifications, unlawful content or confidential third-party information without authority. You are responsible for keeping your WordPress account credentials private and for reviewing the accuracy and formatting of downloaded documents.
3. Prices and purchases
Creating and previewing a resume is free. Each completed paid order licenses one export for a selected resume version and file format. The live price, currency and included features are stated on the Pricing page and shown at checkout. Prices can change for future orders; amounts of existing paid orders remain unchanged. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Charges and export allowances are shown at checkout. Paid access starts after verified payment. Existing subscribers should cancel renewals before the next billing date if they do not wish to renew.
4. Payment verification and fulfilment
Payments are handled through an authorised payment provider. Export access is provided only after the server confirms payment and the requested order belongs to the signed-in user. Unsuccessful or pending payment attempts do not grant an export entitlement. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility, requests and processing times are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consumer rights provided by applicable law are not waived.
6. No employment guarantee
DigiResume scores and suggestions are heuristic or advisory only. We do not promise employer ATS acceptance, hiring, interviews, employment outcomes or that a template suits every organisation’s document-processing rules.
7. Intellectual property
DigiResume branding, original interface and service content are provided by DIGIFORGEX or their relevant licensors. Your resume content remains yours or your rightful content provider’s; using the editor does not transfer ownership to DIGIFORGEX. Third-party trademarks remain with their owners.
8. Acceptable use and availability
Do not attempt to bypass payment controls, gain access to other accounts or harm service availability. We may block abusive activities and temporarily interrupt the service for security, maintenance or technical reasons. If a paid export is unavailable, contact support for assistance and refund assessment.
